Leave the options for Format set to compressed and Encryption to none. Select it by clicking on it and then click on the New Image Icon at the top center of the application. Once Disk Utility is running, look in the left hand pane for the mounted. Then open Disk Utility (Finder > Go > Utilities > Disk Utility.app). toast file so that it mounts to the desktop.
